Acceptance

By accessing or using Elements Casino Langford's facilities, services, and website (the "Facilities"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please exit the Facilities immediately.

Age Restriction

The use of the Facilities is restricted to individuals who are at least 19 years old (or the age specified by applicable laws) and capable of entering into a binding contract. You must be in possession of valid government-issued identification showing your name, date of birth, and address.

Responsibility for Own Conduct

You acknowledge that you will conduct yourself in an orderly, respectful manner while on the Facilities' premises or accessing its services. The Facilities reserve the right to ask you to leave at any time if your behavior is deemed unacceptable or interferes with other patrons' enjoyment of their visit.

Liability and Indemnification

Elements Casino Langford will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive damages (or any other type) arising from, or in connection with the Facilities, its services, website content, products, promotions, games, software, systems failures, hardware malfunctions, data breaches, unauthorized access, computer viruses, network security compromises, downtime, outages, losses, costs, fees, claims, suits, disputes, negotiations, mediation, arbitration, administrative proceedings, court actions, settlements (or any other kind of claim), regardless of theory or basis of liability. The Facilities will not be responsible for the accuracy or completeness of information posted on its website.

Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own betting and gaming choices, decisions, placements, outcomes, wins, losses, stakes, investments, activities (or any other aspect of your interactions with our facilities) as well as the money, time, or resources invested in these endeavors.

Intellectual Property Rights

Elements Casino Langford retains all intellectual property rights (including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and goodwill associated therewith), title to, and ownership of the Facilities' website content, software, products, services, processes, know-how, trade names, logos, artwork, music compositions, scripts, storylines, data collections, methods, systems, configurations, specifications, inventions (or any other form of intellectual property) existing in or created for the operation of its business. This includes but is not limited to: text, images, audio-visual materials, source code, object code, executable programs and documentation.

Ownership and Transfer

Elements Casino Langford has ownership and control over all information (including gaming data, transactions, records) collected from you while on the Facilities' premises or accessing its services. You agree not to assign, convey, pledge, mortgage, encumber, transfer or create an interest in your rights under these Terms.

Breach of Agreement

You acknowledge that a breach of any part of these Terms may result in immediate revocation of privileges and/or termination of access to the Facilities without prior notice or warning. The decision will be made at our sole discretion.

Changes, Modifications, Cancellation

Elements Casino Langford reserves the right to modify, change, suspend or cancel its services, games, offers, promotions, software (or any other aspect) at any time and for any reason with immediate effect without prior notice. You agree that your continued access after such changes will be deemed as acceptance of those modifications.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Canada, Canada and all disputes arising under, in connection with or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through a court located within the Canada area subject always to applicable federal legislation where necessary.

Language of Use

By accessing or using Elements Casino Langford's website you acknowledge that English is the official language for use on this platform and all communications will occur in this language unless specifically agreed otherwise by our Management.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you (as User) and Elements Casino Langford relating to your access, usage of its facilities, products and services. These Terms may only be modified or amended through a separate document which must also be accepted in writing by both parties before taking effect.

Compliance with Gaming Laws

Elements Casino Langford complies with all applicable gaming laws (and regulations thereunder) in Canada including but not limited to AGLC and BCLC regulatory requirements as they may be amended from time-to-time.
